Local Liquid development

I'm trying to develop a NationBuilder theme on my local machine. Can you shed light on how I could set up Liquid to run locally so I can develop my theme without needing to navigate around NationBuilder's website the whole time (which really slows down my workflow)?

We've put together a very handy little app for Mac OS X to help theme developers work locally. It's called the NationBuilder Theme Sync for Mac. It's quite new and still in beta, but you should definitely check it out.

Thomas – we are currently working on a Dropbox integration that will replace Theme Sync and should have updates soon. This suggestion for a Git Workflow isn’t exactly the solution we’re creating but you can follow there for updates on any changes to theme development.
