By Is there an easier way to edit the theme other than find and replace? If I deleted something and all there's left is an empty space, I cannot put it back in.

If you are editing a custom theme and have need to restore something that you've removed, you can easily restore the theme to its default state using the "Restore default" button, which can be found underneath the bottom righthand corner of the theme editor.
Prior to saving any changes, I would recommend copying and pasting your code to another document, so that you can easier restore incremental changes in the event something goes awry.

You can switch between them in your own website as Patty described.
-> click on theme -> all themes will be shaded except the theme that you’re currently using.If you click on the theme you’re using, you’ll see the different colors available for that specific theme. To choose a color, click on it. This will automatically change the color scheme for your nation.
