You can now insert supporter data directly into your text messages: first name, donation history, membership status, precinct, recruiter code, site URLs, and more. A new editor replaces the plain text area, so smart fields are easy to find and insert as you compose. The result is outreach that speaks to each person individually, without your team writing a separate message for each segment.
Ask for the right amount, automatically
A new suggested next donation smart field calculates a personalized ask for each recipient based on their last gift: 1.25x that amount, and inserts it automatically. It's available in both text and email blasts.
In email blasts, the smart field hyperlinks directly to your donation page with the amount pre-filled, so supporters land ready to give. In text blasts, a companion smart field generates the corresponding URL so you can include it in your message.
