I have followed the how to video multiple times now, and I still am unable to embed instagram on a page in my website...please help -thanks -N

I assume you mean that you've followed the "Get Visual by Embedding Instagram" video.
If you're still having trouble after watching that video, I'd recommend getting in touch with your point person by emailing [email protected]. They'll be able to provide you with more direct, personalized instructions and troubleshooting.
