How do I edit the Contribution Rules error text?

Hi there!

When someone has Contribution rules for donation pages, these are entered on the bank account page in the Contribution rules box. 

Then, the CRM displays those rules on the donation page, along with a required checkbox. 

If the user does not check the checkbox, the UI displays a message:

"Is confirmed needs to be checked"

This is confusing. It should say "Contribution Rules checkbox needs to be checked" or something along those lines.  

Can you tell me where I can edit this?

The error messages shown when forms are improperly completed are not editable from within the Control Panel.
