 I would like to be able to give rights to someone as a communicator so that they can add people from their address book to the database- if these are duplicates we can merge them later - and then send any of a number of prefab authorized emails to them such as "I am a dear friend of the candidate and would like you to vote for him or her.  In this way I can have my supporters work from home and do something to help the campaign They can contribute without giving them too many access privileges
