NationBuilder databases are designed around people profiles so you could use a filter to search for everyone whose primary address 1 (i.e. street) is something like Main street. 

There isn't a way to print out a list of purely street names. If you were to export your data, one of the fields will have street name info, but again, the primary focus will be on the person profile info and not the street.
