Instructions should read:
1. login to your ActBlue dashboard.
2. the URL will be https://secure.actblue.com/entities/[ YOUR NUMBER HERE ]/dashboard
3. take the numeric portion you see there and change the path to be https://secure.actblue.com/entity/fundraisers/[ YOUR NUMBER HERE ]
so it looks like:
https://secure.actblue.com/entity/fundraisers/239209
