I am trying to show a custom message based on the answer the user selects in one of the multiple choice questions of my survey form. I have filled options of "what message to show" for each possible response but somehow its not working on the live website. No matter what options the user selects those custom messages are not shown. What seems to be the issue and what is the right way to achieve this ?
