Surveys

We were attempting to make create a survey on our website. We choose to do a sliding scale response with our options as: (in order)

  • Very Important
  • Quite Important
  • Fairly Important
  • Slightly Important
  • Not at All Important.
However, when we go live to the website the options are always in this order:
  • Not at All Important
  • Very Important
  • Fairly Important
  • Slightly Important
  • Quite Important
I understand the public site randomizes the responses for new users to reduce survey design bias in the results.
Is there a way to keep the order (not radomize it)?
Also, is there a way to select more than one response in a multiple choice option?
For example, our questions is: "What are the TOP 3 most pressing issues we must address in the coming year?"

Thank you,
