I have read in several places that once you create your custom theme you can link to a css file by uploading it in the files section and referencing 'file.css', and it should automatically work. This is not working for me. I have also added the css inline to the layout file which works, but then it does not load any of the images referenced in the css. Any thoughts as to why this isn't working?
Images aren't working this way either for an img tag, but I can right click the file in the files section to get the address there. Not ideal though.
The better way to change the CSS for your nation's site is to add the CSS directly to the existing theme.scss file for your theme. You can read more on in the answer to the question at:
