commented on Why is this course not letting me move forward?
Hi Nekia — sorry you’re having trouble moving through the course! Where are you getting stuck? You should be able to move forward by clicking the blue “Next” button as well as the circles (they appear white with a green outline if you haven’t completed that section and then they appear totally green once you’ve finished that section) at the top of the page. Have you tried both and are still running into trouble?

Hi Vance —

The Expert program is not intended to be used to practice NationBuilder skills. Rather, the Expert program is for highly experienced NationBuilder users who want to showcase their expertise by becoming certified.

During the application process to become an Expert, you do get access to a sandbox nation, however, the nation should be used for the application and then once certified to support your organization or clients.

Hi, Carla — When you click “No Thanks” on a social share prompt, it should no longer display on your website. It sounds like even though you clicked this button, the prompt was still displaying.
