Customers have flagged that a card related error has occurred on multiple donation attempts for the same page. When a donor uses the same card on a different page, the transaction processes.

Under the donations you provided as examples, we recorded the following error messages:
Year may be incorrect
Card number may be incorrect
Verification value may be incorrect
There was a problem processing that charge, please verify the fields highlighted below
Based on your comment, it looks like the donor did see this message on the form. We get these errors from the payment processor, but our integration with Democracy Engine does not highlight any invalid fields, so it's unexpected for us to be receiving that portion of the error in the response. I'm going to loop you in on an email chain with DE Support to get to the bottom of this.
