Header and footer images in blast email template and auto-response emails

I am trying to add Header and footer images to my email blast and the autoresponse email templates.

I think I understand where to go. For email blasts I create a new blast>Themes>New Custom Theme. I uploaded images but can't get them to show up in the preview.

For autoresponse I went to Website>Theme>Email Autoresponses>layout_autoresponse.html but when I took an action to generate an autoresponse the email showed only a broken image link icon.

It looks like you are referencing the email blast footer image:

    <tr><center><img src="pcemailfooter.jpg" /></center>

Email blast images should be uploaded under the Files section of the email blast. Autoresponse images should be uploaded in the theme Files area.
