By How would I do a search to find everyone who is following our broadcaster on twitter but not on Facebook? And vice versa? We want to send messages to these people who only follow us on one media to follow us on both since we're generating different content for each stream.

To find Twitter followers of a particular broadcaster, just search for them in advanced search by checking off "Twitter info" and selecting the broadcaster you're interested in. You can then save this as a filter and the filter will automatically update based on new Twitter followers.
To target Facebook folks, you can just select "Facebook info," and you can also select "emailable" to get folks you'll be able to reach with a blast email.
