Users posting blogs that start as "drafted"?

Sorry to bombard you with questions this morning. I also need to find out if there is a way to make a blog that allows users to post to it if they are logged in, but the posts start as drafted? That way an admin can review them before published?

Yes! You can create the blog as unlisted before publishing!
