Facebook presently does not allow import of all fans through its API. NationBuilder will import as supporters anyone who "likes" one of your posts on your Facebook fan page. Additionally, you can manually create profiles for friends you know are supporters and link to their Facebook profiles using the "social media" button in the people editor.
