Can I send an individual private message to everyone that "liked" my Facebook Page?

Am I able to send an individual message to everyone who has liked my page through NationBuilder or would I have to do that through Facebook? I don't want a mass message to everyone, but individual ones instead (like you do to send an email blast). Is this possible?

The Facebook API explicitly prevents NationBuilder or anyone else from downloading a list of fans or their contact information.

Within your nation, you can see people who like an individual post on your page or who RSVP for an event hosted by your page. You can also search for people who are message-able in Facebook via advanced search.

To send an individual Facebook message to a person with a linked Facebook account, open their record and click the "Facebook message" link on the top line.

It would be really helpful to have a broadcast Facebook message capability, within the limits of the Facebook API. For example, it would be great to be able to message everyone who RSVP’ed, via Facebook, for an event, especially for new contacts who didn’t appear with an email address.
