Thank you for posting your question! We don't currently offer the feature of exporting tags directly into a spreadsheet, but you can easily copy and paste the list of tags into a spreadsheet. Once you are logged into your nation, you can go to People > Tags > View All. From there, highlight the list of tags and paste the content into a spreadsheet. You can sort through the various tags and note which tags you would like to delete. Once you have a list of the tags you would like to remove, go back to People > Tags > View All and click on the edit pencil next to the name of the tag you would like to remove. Finally, click the Delete Tag button to fully remove the tag from your database.
