In the database, a donor made a recurring donation. That first donation registered in the database. The next month, I expected another payment. However, that payment did not register in the database. I checked PayPal and noticed that the payment was actually noted in the payment processor which means NationBuilder is missing the 2nd recurring payment.
After doing some additional digging, this doesn't appear to be a systemic issue across the entire database. Our engineering team will not be able to prioritize fixing this issue given its limited scope and our other priorities at hand - but we are able to backfill donations for you if you need - please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a backfill.
You also can manually note the missing payments in your profile by manually adding your donations.
