How can I toggle required fields?

I have created a survey that I want visitors to be able to take whether they are logged in, sorta logged in or not logged in at all.

I have tried taking out any logged in variable references which eliminated the error message but the answer wouldn't save.

The survey is really structured as an education tool.

How do allow people to take the survey even if they are not logged in. This is important and time sensitive. Thank you.

Taking any action on your NationBuilder site — including responding to a survey page — will result in the person taking the action being "logged in" to your nation. This is fundamental to the design of NationBuilder and cannot be deactivated. 

NationBuilder collects information about people who take action on your website in order to help you identify and engage supporters to grow your nation. If your goal, instead, is to collect anonymous responses you might consider embedding a third-party survey tool on your site.
