Easier way to add custom people fields to a form

1. When using a custom theme, click "New File" and call it "_custom_people_field.html". Then place this code in that file:
2. To add a custom field to a form, just use the following code:
{% assign custom_slug == "shirt_size" %} {% include "custom_people_field" %}
