Broadcaster can't receive incoming emails.

I set up my broadcaster to send out email blasts and I am having no problems sending emails. 

However I can not get them to receive emails. I have followed the steps on the Nation Builder site and received the message about DNS settings and MX records working. I am not receiving any incoming emails and when someone tries to send an email to that address they receive an undelivered error.

How can I fix this?

If you aren't using NationBuilder's email service to receive email (ie, you are setting up email to go to another service), then you will see this message. You will need to set up an email forward to the email address shown on the broadcasteremail settings screen. You can read more here -
