I would be grateful if you could elaborate on what “sent off” means, and also suggest what steps one might try when such off-sent people never come back from geocoding, such as happened to a recent import of mine, whose members are showing as “not geocoded” and “addresses pending mapping results” more than 24 hours after importing.
