Training Model
Our training follows a modular format in which concepts are taught in sections. Concepts build upon each other so it’s required that all participants are present for the entirety of the training.
Trainers
Our trainers are software experts and facilitate your learning experience. We assign one trainer for every 15 participants. This allows our trainers to provide individual coaching and support.
Virtual Delivery
All participants will join individually from remote locations on their laptops. We will use Zoom video conference software. The Zoom video conference link will be provided via email (3) three business days before the training. We will be locking the Zoom meeting when we start, so it’s essential that all participants join on time and for the entirety of the day.
Participants will need to:
- Join from a quiet, secluded space
- Their computer monitor should ideally be at least 13 inches. Participants should not join from a tablet.
- Have their computers connected to reliable, high-speed Internet (ideally hardwired into ethernet)
- Have a webcam (ideally HD) turned on throughout training
- Have a headset with a microphone for audio
- We recommend participants shut down background apps on their computer to improve performance
- Recommended browsers: Chrome or Firefox. We do not support Internet Explorer.
Transfer Policy:
If you're unable to participate in a purchased training, you have until 48 hours before the training to inform us of who will be replacing you — this gives our team time to ensure the new participant has been provided with the training guidelines and expectations beforehand. If you do not have a replacement, you can reschedule or forfeit your seat. NationBuilder can provide a refund if you forfeit your training seat according to the Refund Policy.
Refund policy:
If you'd like to cancel your training RSVP, and cancel at least one (1) week before the training date, you would receive a full refund, or, we could reschedule for a later date.
If you'd like to cancel your training RSVP, and cancel less than one (1) week before the training date, you would receive a partial refund of 50%, or, we could reschedule for a later date.
