I've yet to come across this, but for some reason the petition meter is freezing on us. I'm guessing it has something to do with using a subpage tag to pull the petition onto another page. It's not consistent either, it's often up to date, but then will freeze at a specific number for a prolonged period of time. Any thoughts?
