I've had a quick look at the settings and theme and cant see a way of changing the phrase.
NationBuilder strives to create default page types that are useful and relevant to a wide variety of organizations. From time to time, however, it may make sense for customers to change the particular wording of forms — like the event sign up form — to use more personalized terminology.
For example, the template for an event page includes several editable references to 'RSVP', which you can edit at the individual page level by clicking on the "Template" tab (pictured below).
From there, you'll need to edit the HTML template of the page directly to change references to "RSVP" to whatever you'd like. Upon saving the template, you'll see your changes reflected immediately on the published page.
