Is it possible to track purchases through our Ecwid shopping cart? We use this integration:

But I'm not sure if there's any way to track those purchases in the data management system.

It's not currently possible to have purchases made through your Ecwid shopping cart automatically logged in your NationBuilder Control Panel.
The how-to you're referencing describes how to embed an Ecwid shopping cart on your NationBuilder website — in the same way you might embed a Google Calendar or a tagboard: your Ecwid cart is accessible on your NationBuilder site but it isn't integrated with your Control Panel (strictly speaking).
