I cannot get my ACT Blue page to link with NB.

I am on the create an Act Blue page, but when I cut and paste the web address, it is not working. I click to submit the page and it disappears.

When adding your ActBlue Entity URL, please ensure that it is properly formatted. Note the subtle difference between the URLS in the images below.

In this URL, "fundraisers" is written in the plural form (i.e., with the "s").

In this URL, which is often what is shown when navigating ActBlue in the browser, "fundraiser" is written in the singular (i.e., no "s").

If the latter format is used, the URL will disappear when the form is saved. The former format will work like a charm.

Chris has it right. To get the entity id (the exact numeric id) of your candidate find your candidate within the ActBlue directory located here: https://secure.actblue.com/directory. Then mouse over your candidate’s name and copy the URL. That URL will end with the six digit id.

In this example – https://secure.actblue.com/entity/fundraisers/239209 – the id is 239209.

Or as Chris put it: <em>“I had to search for my client’s committee and that provided a link to the fundraising entity (the committee) that worked with NationBuilder.”</em>

I think this is not an ideal fundraising solution for NationBuilder.

Can a site have more than one Act Blue page/connection? For instance, if my NationBuilder site intends to include more than one Act Blue fundraising page (for more than one candidate), can I create additional Act Blue pages?
