If you are using integrated apps (like Phone2Action, Organizer, and FieldEdge) that log contacts to your nation, those contacts can now be logged to paths. In order for this to take effect, you will need to map the contact types used by your app to paths using the mapping tool we created. Paths will be updated or created on profiles as if you were logging a contact to the path in the control panel.
Paths facilitate leading supporters to action. With paths, you can track how your supporters are moving through different workflows within your organization and gather data on how effective they are with goals.
An API endpoint for paths is planned, but doesn’t have a release date. We’ll be sure to let everyone know when it’s available.
