Want to follow up on Ellian Jen’s comment below. How does one successfully record a failed donation attempt via the API?
I get a 500 error when using the create endpoint with the following fields: amount_in_cents, created_at, donor_id, failed_at, merchant_account_id, note, payment_type_name.

What David Sloane said is 100% right. If you allow batch imports of donations, or donation imports via an API, you ought to have a batch delete.
