Hi, I am from Australia. Can you let me know if a mobile number needs to be 0406110700 or 61406110700 . In the People when i put in 0406110700 there is a "X" and "Text opted out"

Tracking codes in Finance tab

Hi there,

 

Please can I ask what the tracking codes are for within the Finances Tab within the Control Panel.

Cannot complete tutorial.

It will not let me go on to the second tutorial video. There is an issue with the code for the page. When we hit the next button says on the top left "First name not given" and under that it says "last name not given" it seems that some of the code for the login page or another page with mistakenly crossed over on this one.

Facebook sign in doesn't work

can't sign into Control Panel via Facebook.  Is the site down?

Hi, we want to start doing podcasts.  Can NB host them or do we need a third party solution?

I went to my control panel (dashboard) and cannot find the drop down button on the right that takes me to support documents. I did start the free trial so maybe that makes a difference. Regardless, I don't know how to locate the support documents or continue with the training without doing the exercise.  Thanks!

The training video, "Introduction to the control panel" states that : "To start practicing, log into your control panel. Once logged in, you’ll see a dropdown option all the way to the right side of the blue navigation bar. Click “Support” and you’ll be taken directly to our support doc library."  However, the only dropdown on the upper right only presents three choices - "Your Account" "Add control panel user" and "Sign out" ... I've seen this in so many "training" situations where the instructions are not kept current to the upgrades in the software ... it is very frustrating to the person hoping to get correct information from the trainer ...
