Intermittent problem adding a filter to a list

There have been a couple reports of control panel users having trouble adding profiles to a list based on filter criteria. The user is able to run the filter and create the list, but the profiles are not immediately added to it. When the user clicks on the Actions menu again, the "Add all to list" item becomes un-clickable. The standing workaround is to refresh the page which should make the options clickable again.
