commented on event_ticket_level
Number of tickets is the total number of tickets available for sale at that level (which does not decrease as tickets are sold).

commented on Changing the order of my hosts, tickets in an event page
Danny, tickets display in order from lowest price to highest price, regardless of the order they are entered in the control panel. The template uses this format to make it easier for event attendees to make a choice between different ticket options.

I see that you have already left a feature suggestion at – it might be useful to mark people for followup when they RSVP and have an organizer add additional tags to the person.

Ashleigh – it can take awhile for Facebook to recognize that you’ve added a photo in the Settings – Social Media section of a page on your site. To clear their cache, try inserting the page URL in their Debugger tool: and then sharing the page on Facebook.

Stacia – sorry about that! I’ve updated the answer. Filtering replaced advanced search, so you’ll need to click on the filter icon to begin finding the donations.

commented on Signup Bug?
Bruce, our custom theme gallery shows that designers have edited how signing up on the homepage is described:

You’re right that there are different ways to understand “joining,” and the goal of the signup widget is to engage people as quickly as possible with your nation.

commented on How can I display my latest Tweets?
Tim, it depends how high up on the supporter nav you want the Twitter widget to display. It’s entirely up to you. If you’d like the tweets to display right above the button that allows people to follow your Twitter account, you’d want to place it on line 145 in the _supporter_nav.html file.

Nick, I’m glad Thomas was able to connect with you via email. When setting up new forms, the nation for address submissions will default to the country listed in Settings > Contact. When you customize the form, or create partial forms, it can remove the default settings.

commented on About the content_for_notifications.
Having the {{content_for_notifications}} tag in _columns_2.html and _columns_1.html allows different notifications to appear, it doesn’t specify that a single notification will appear on every page.

You can’t update notifications except on a signup page. For sign up pages, you can edit it under signup settings. If there is a particular notification you want to change, you might be able to use a liquid “replace” filter:

Brad, you’ve uncovered a quirk in the system that we will be fixing. You’re correct that it’s not currently possible to delete a survey, but the functionality will be added.
